From the second I walked in, the entire experience felt elevated. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited about helping you look and feel your best. A special shoutout to the manager, who is absolutely fantastic and made me feel like a VIP from start to finish.

The injectors are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like “just another client.”

One of the coolest parts of my visit was the advanced facial imaging scan. Seeing all the different aspects of my skin—from sun damage to texture and everything in between—was fascinating and helped me better understand what my skin actually needs.

The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and has such a great vibe. And the results? Let’s just say my laugh lines got the memo and packed their bags. My cheeks are lifted and snatched, my lips are plump and gorgeous, and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and just a little obsessed with my reflection. 👄✨

Went in when I noticed an alopecia spot on the back of my head. The staff was very kind and helpful and explained how treatments would help. After 4 sessions the spot had completely grown in. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re dealing with hair loss problems!

I had such a great experience this morning with South Waterfront Aesthetic Wellness. I originally went in just wanting to learn more about my skin and what options might help with things like sunspots, wrinkles, acne- honestly just learn since I am curious and live in the building! I left feeling so much more informed and confident.

Paola was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really educate me using the VISIA camera, which I had never experienced before. Seeing my skin at that level was eye-opening—in the best way. She walked me through things like sun damage, pores, and areas I hadn’t even thought about, but did it in a way that felt empowering, personal and educational not overwhelming or judgey.

As someone who’s been working on rebuilding my confidence to get out there, and try to enjoy my 30s after losing my mom, this experience meant more than just skincare. I ended up trying Xeomin, and it was so much easier and less painful than I expected. It also wasn’t pushed, and I think having the knowledge and autonomy to go into it with my own opinion really helped.

Lastly ( sorry for the novel, just want to be honest for the next person who walks in completely new to this stuff) — I felt cared for, informed, and supported—not pressured. Im a pretty average human when it comes to knowledge of washing my face, etc but never felt “good looking enough” or within the tax bracket to even visit these kinds of businesses, especially as a school counselor. I’m really looking forward to my two-week check-in and continuing care here. Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing experience here! Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Did a couple treatments here. My face was glowing after the HydraFacial and micro needling with PRP. So excited to to ResurFX laser to help with my stretch marks! The skin care lines are medical grade and have scientific studies to support the claims. My skin has never felt or looked better!
